Kyle has over 20 years of internal auditing and risk management experience in both public accounting and private industry. Kyle's public accounting experience includes external and internal auditing consulting with two of the Big Four accounting firms. Kyle also served as Chief Audit Executive for a $2 Billion NYSE global metals service center company and a $225 Million global simulation software company. Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant.

Experienced CPA with public and private company finance, accounting and operational background and audit expertise with a Big 4 accounting firm. Specialties include Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, revenue recognition, internal/external reporting and analysis, enterprise risk management/performance management. Extensive sales/ business development expertise and well as strong operational expertise in technology/software, manufacturing/retail, and telecommunications industries.
Nina Raingsey, Director of Internal Audit Services
Nina has over five years of internal auditing and public accounting experience. Nina was most recently the Manager of Internal Auditing for a large simulation software company. Nina’s previous experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant for an international risk consulting firm and an audit consultant for a Los Angeles-based certified public accounting firm. Nina has worked closely with the Big Four auditing firms to ensure maximum reliance on internal audit work by the external audit firms.
